TOP 3 Skills:

SQL, Python, Google Cloud or Azure

SQL Programming: Complex Joins, Inner/Outer, Manipulations, Building Pipelines, Window functions, etc.
Strong Python Programming (PySpark is acceptable as long as they can code in Python)
Building Scalable Data Pipelines
Cloud experience: They’re using GCP currently and a little Azure. It’s OK if they have AWS but it’s not the preferred Cloud tool
5-10 years of experience
